Airport Runs from Downtown
O'Hare is 20 to 45 minutes on the Kennedy, and that spread is real rather than padding. A four o'clock departure on a weekday is a completely different trip from the same run at ten in the morning, and the map won't warn you until you're already sitting in it.
Midway is the closer one — 20 to 30 minutes down the Stevenson outside of peak, and it clears faster on arrival too.

Corporate Work
Downtown is where most of this happens, and it comes in familiar shapes.
