In true multitasking working mom fashion, I booked our reservation for the wrong date 🤦🏻♀️. Shahid was beyond amazing and had a car to our house within 10 minutes of me realizing my mistake. Shahid is professional and extremely accommodating and wonderful to work with. All of the drivers are fantastic but of course we have our preference with Ken who always goes out of his way to ensure a smooth trip, even checking the traffic patterns in the days leading up to watch for any construction or other obstacles. A really great company all around! 6 stars! We absolutely love chi town black cars! They are the best for making our trips to the airport smooth and safe.
