Chicago Airport Limo Service

Flying with a group is where airport transport usually falls apart. Five people book five rideshares, three of them surge, and everyone arrives at the terminal ten minutes apart. An airport limo solves that in one booking. Why Chi Town Black Cars Stands Out

Airport Limo Service Built Around Your Flight

Airport trips have one hard deadline and a dozen things that can push against it. Our job is to take the transport part off your list entirely. If you're traveling solo or as a pair, our black car service covers the same routes in a sedan for less.

We Watch the Flight, Not the Clock

Your chauffeur is assigned to a flight number, not a guessed arrival time. Land two hours late and the car adjusts on its own. No calls, no rebooking, no charge for the delay.

One Vehicle, Whole Group

Ten people, twenty-four people, and all the luggage in one run. Cheaper than splitting across four cars, and everyone actually arrives together. Browse the fleet by group size.

Met Inside, Not Outside

Your chauffeur waits in the terminal with a name sign and handles the bags from baggage claim to the curb. No hunting through a parking garage for a car you've never seen.

Land, Walk Out, Get In

Chicago airport limo service for the trips that can’t run late.

Introduction

How Airport Limo Service Works in Chicago

Booking an airport limo is different from calling a car when you land. You reserve ahead with a flight number, a passenger count and a terminal. From there it runs on its own.

For departures, we build the pickup time backwards from your flight. Domestic usually means arriving two hours early, international three. Add travel time — and on a weekday afternoon, the Kennedy from downtown to O’Hare can double on you without warning.

For arrivals, the flight is tracked live. If you land early, the car is already there. If you’re circling over Indiana for forty minutes, nobody’s charging you for the wait.

What Every Airport Transfer Includes

Fixed pricing — You get a flat rate before you book, and that’s the number on the invoice. No surge on a Sunday evening, no toll surprises.
60 minutes free wait — Customs, baggage claim and a missing suitcase all take longer than planned. The first hour after landing is included.
Room for luggage — A stretch limo or Sprinter takes ski bags, golf clubs and eight suitcases without anyone holding a bag on their lap.
Meet and greet inside — Name sign at baggage claim, help with the bags, walk straight to the car.
Trained chauffeurs — They know which terminal has which arrivals hall, and where a limo can legally sit at each one. See our chauffeur service.

Areas We Serve

Airport pickups from across Chicago, the suburbs, and into Indiana and Wisconsin.

Suburban pickups need more lead time than city ones. From Naperville or Schaumburg to O’Hare, add 30 to 45 minutes on a weekday morning — the tollway backs up early and doesn’t clear until after nine.

Corporate Airport Transfers

Business travel runs on connections that don’t wait. We handle standing airport accounts for Chicago firms — the kind where the same three executives fly out every other Tuesday and nobody wants to rebook it each time.

  • Executive pickups — Client and leadership arrivals with a chauffeur meeting them inside the terminal.
  • Conference groups — Delegate transfers for events at McCormick Place and downtown hotels, in Sprinters rather than a convoy of sedans.
  • Roadshow days — Airport in, four meetings, airport out. Book it hourly and the car stays with you between stops.
  • Account billing — One invoice, monthly, instead of chasing receipts.

For a straight run with no stops in between, point to point is the cheaper booking.

Family and Group Airport Travel

Travelling with kids, grandparents or a lot of luggage turns a simple airport run into a logistics problem. One vehicle removes most of it.

  • Car seats — Tell us the ages when you book and we’ll fit them before pickup.
  • Everything in one trip — Strollers, car seats, checked bags and carry-ons in a single vehicle instead of split across two.
  • Nobody left behind — Groups arrive together, which matters when you’re checking in as a party.
  • Return trips — Book both legs at once. A round trip booking usually costs less than two one-ways.

Wedding and Event Airport Transfers

Out-of-town guests are the part of a wedding weekend nobody plans for until the week before.

  • Guest shuttles — Sprinters running between O’Hare and the hotel block on the Friday, so guests aren’t renting cars for a two-day trip.
  • Bridal party arrivals — A stretch limo for the party flying in together.
  • Coordinated timing — We work off the flight manifest, not a guessed schedule.

Pair it with our wedding limo service for the ceremony day itself, or see special events for everything else on the calendar.

What to Know Before Your Airport Limo Arrives

A few things that make the pickup go smoothly.

Give the flight number, not just the time. It’s what lets us track you. Times change; flight numbers don’t.

Say which terminal you’re departing from. O’Hare’s terminals are far enough apart that a wrong guess costs fifteen minutes at the curb.

Book early for peak weeks. Thanksgiving Wednesday, the Sunday after New Year’s and spring break Saturdays sell out. Two to three weeks ahead is safe; the day before is a gamble.

Text the driver if plans change at the airport. Gate changes and bag delays are normal. We’d rather know than guess.

Check the toll route. Suburban runs to O’Hare often use I-294. Tolls are included in your flat rate — if another company quotes lower, ask whether theirs are.

How far in advance should I book an airport limo?

Ideally 24-48 hours ahead, especially for early morning flights or weekends when we get busier. Same-day booking? Just call us  we’ll do what we can to fit you in.

We track your flight in real time, so if it’s late, your chauffeur adjusts the pickup automatically. No extra charge, no need to call and explain  we already know.

For arrivals, right at baggage claim with a sign showing your name. For pickups from home or office, curbside at your door.

No. Tolls, airport fees and parking are built into the flat rate you’re quoted.

Yes. Sprinters take 14–16 passengers with eight large bags, and our stretch limos and buses go up to 24. If you’re near a limit, size up — the fleet page lists exact capacities.

Milwaukee and Indianapolis are both regular runs. Full list on our airports page.
