Muhammad provided excellent service. He was very prompt and professional. The automobile was pristine and the trip was very enjoyable. I would highly recommended Muhammad and Chi Town Black Cars. Thank you for your service.

My 16 year old daughter and classmates visited Chicago for the day on a field trip. I wanted to ensure her safety during free time so I sought out a black car service to take them to various shopping locations. I read several reviews before booking with ChiTown. I was hoping they’d get Moiz as I’d seen so many positive comments online. Luckily, they did. My daughter was unsure what to expect - but she loved him! She said he was so kind, it sounded like they had nice, lighthearted conversation. I found the cost to be less than I expected and the experience to be better than expected. I can’t say enough good things about Moiz and ChiTown! I texted him to thank him once I knew they’d been safely picked up and he responded right away. It was hard to imagine my lovely, petite daughter riding the Red Line to shops. I hoped this would be a good, safe alternative and it exceeded all of my expectations! Thank you so much ChiTown!!!!!

Driver Muhammad was very professional, patient and kind….my son made it to prom and back safely will definitely book again. The 2026 black truck was a 10/10!!! My son loved it-
