By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Service. By booking a reservation with Chi Town Black Cars, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Use of the Service
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You shall not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
3. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of your information. By using the Service, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
4. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

6. Payments and Bookings

6.1. Cancellation Policy
At Chi Town Black Cars, we strive to provide exceptional service while maintaining fair cancellation guidelines. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Standard Vehicles (e.g., sedans, SUVs, and similar)
Cancellation Notice: Minimum of 24 hours’ notice required.
Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged depending on the situation and availability.
Driver En Route: If the driver is already on the way, the full fare is charged.
No-Show Policy: No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full fare.
Rescheduling: Contact us at least 24 hours prior to pickup to request rescheduling, subject to availability.
Specialty Vehicles (e.g., Sprinter Vans, Party Buses, Limousines, etc.)
Cancellation Notice: Minimum of 7 days’ notice required.
Cancellation Charges: Cancellations within 7 days may incur a charge of up to 100% of the booking cost.
No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full fare.
Rescheduling: Contact us at least 7 days in advance to reschedule, subject to availability.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to the applicable cancellation window. Please allow reasonable processing time.
6.2. Wait Time and Charges Policy
Domestic Flights:
30-minute complimentary wait time is provided.
After the grace period, hourly waiting charges apply.
International Flights:
45-minute complimentary wait time is provided.
After the grace period, hourly waiting charges apply.
Hourly Waiting Charge:
For standard vehicles, charges are prorated in 15- or 30-minute increments.
For specialty vehicles (Sprinter Vans, Party Buses, etc.), charges apply in full 1-hour increments.
Transparent Pricing:
Please contact us or visit our website to view current wait time charges for specific vehicle types.
Tracking and Documentation:
Wait times are monitored and logged to ensure accuracy in billing.
Agreement to Terms:
By booking a reservation with Chi Town Black Cars, you agree to this Wait Time and Charges Policy.
7. User Content
By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content as needed to operate and promote the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided via the Service.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Chi Town Black Cars is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Chi Town Black Cars may work with affiliates and independent drivers to provide transportation services. We are not liable for any damages, accidents, or incidents during transport. All claims should be directed to the driver’s commercial insurance policy.
We require all vehicles and drivers—including independents—to carry valid commercial insurance. Passengers are encouraged to verify coverage before starting their trip. Your safety is our top priority.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page.
